Donal Livingston is the Founder and Owner of D & H Enterprises of Florida, Inc. He has been a State Certified General Contractor since 1989 and has almost four decades of experience doing a range of shell contracting to turn-key builds  in  both  the  commercial and  residential fields.  Some  examples  of  his work  include site work, streetscapes, infrastructure, ADA multi-story commercial buildings, along with residential building and remolding.

Holly Livingston is the Cofounder and Co-owner of D & H Enterprises  and  has been with the company since its founding in 1989.  She serves as the business administrator and also handles customer service relations.  She has faithfully managed and supported the company's smooth operations and has over 30 years of experience working to provide excellent customer  service.
